About BridgeCare

BridgeCare believes in making great technology publicly available, accessible, and easy to use.

We are a small, women-led, hardworking team of technologists who make the system of child care work. We believe every child should have access to excellent early childhood education, every person should be able to pursue purpose and enjoy family, and every provider should be valued as an educator. The BridgeCare team does this by providing a user-experience-driven technology suite designed to create a functional, effective early childhood education system.

BridgeCare’s software is a white-label data and case management system for government agencies in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector.  It is made for organizations that support parents and ECCE providers, primarily licensed child care and public preschool programs.

BridgeCare's software is customized to meet the unique needs of the ECCE sector:

  • Increases family access to, and enrollment in, affordable child care

  • Supports child care providers with marketing programs, managing enrollment, and maintaining licensing status

  • Provides fully integrated government agency solutions to reduce administrative burdens

  • Gives real-time data insights for more effective policy and resource decision making

There has never been a more exciting time to get involved with the childcare industry. Sparked by the pandemic, the US is making significant systematic progress towards increased access to early childhood education and care. This sector received $50B in stimulus funding and is experiencing rapid innovation and progress.

Our Team

We are innovative, collaborative, and autonomous.

BridgeCare’s team is built on trust. We are a small team that works hard and relies on each other. We value autonomy and taking initiative, but we also believe in supporting one another, working together, and having a healthy work/life balance.

We offer flexibility and can generally support each individual’s needs and preferences around scheduling as long as there is clear, proactive communication and commitments are met. We pay a living wage with benefits that meet individual needs.

Diversity & Inclusion

BridgeCare believes that a company should represent the communities it serves. We are committed to building a diverse team to help us achieve our goal of expanding access to early child care and education.

Our Impact

BridgeCare is making excellent child care and early learning accessible and affordable to families.

Our team is committed to helping care and learning providers (who are disproportionately women of color) thrive. Our software streamlines child care and ECCE systems while providing data insights that help to make the case for greater and more effective investment into ECCE.

Working toward the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals

In 2015, the United Nations General Assembly established a collection of 17 interlinked impact goals designed to be “a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.”

BridgeCare is committed to working toward these 3 goals:

Our Core Values

Humility

First and foremost, the truly hard and important work in this sector is being done by caregivers and educators (our users). Next most important are the agencies and organizations (our clients) who provide them with direct support. We are but one piece of a complex system and it takes all players to make it work. Technology is important (critical even), but can do nothing alone. Our ability to have impact is directly dependent on the important work of our clients and users. We exist to serve them so they can get more work done and do it better.

Adaptability

Our team is willing to change course, to be wrong, and to tear it all down to rebuild better. We always put the best user experience and highest impact before our ego. Our software is configurable to adapt to our various clients' different needs and can grow and change with them over time.

Visionary

We are reshaping the way the child care and early learning sector operate by leveraging modern, advanced technology specifically built to address their most important needs and biggest challenges. We listen to our clients and all their stakeholders, and then we build what the system needs, not just what they ask for.
